The Junior Leadership Program offers goal setting, peer mentoring, insight into peer pressure and responsible decision-making. Leadership development must begin during the formative years of youth. Not only will campers gain more self esteem and interact more easily and effectively with their peers, they will also learn to make a spiritual impact on their community.
